Biography
I was raised in the small town of West Bend, WI by my parents, John and Therese. I spent much of my childhood listening and playing music as much as I could. I was very involved in music throughout school, playing drums in marching band, jazz band, and even our school Dixieland jazz band. I played guitar and wrote songs in my own band as well, so you can imagine I kept pretty busy. I had even coded a basic website for the band (this was pre-MySpace, folks!) so I have a bit of web design in my past (I acquired hosting from my uncle's internet consulting company, so I suppose it was in my blood somewhere too). We had a big woods and garden in our backyard, so I've always had a soft spot for nature and the outdoors as well. After spending a year at the local UW college extension in our town, I moved out to St. Paul, MN to study music production. After working at Target for several years to support playing in a couple different bands, I decided to pursue something that could build a career out of. My good friend (and drummer) suggested I try the world of web design. Now that I've graduated from Saint Paul College with a certificate in web design, I'm on my way.

Here's a little music video I did with my band awhile back:
